Angela Birdman Hosted a Luncheon to Kick Off Upcoming 4th Annual Walk in Style

Twenty-two, well-heeled ladies enjoyed a sit-down lunch which included Tagiolini pasta with black winter truffle butter sauce, Chicken Paillard and warm shrimp and avocado salad paired with beautiful Italian wines from Santero Wines.
Don de Fleurs’ custom red rose bouquets nestled in stylish hat boxes served as table centerpieces and a beautiful edible chocolate box with three gourmet truffles from Vasalissa chocolates was placed at each guest’s place setting.
Following lunch, the ladies adjourned to Neiman Marcus for a private dessert party in the shoe department where Donut Underground debuted their newest gourmet flavor made with sweet purple yam flour, filled and topped with a dark chocolate mousse and infused with orange and Hennessy Cognac before being dusted in gold and garnished with an orange twist. This limited-edition donut can be found at the brand’s sweet pop-up called “Enter Through the Donut Shop” at the Rudolf Budja Gallery in Miami Beach.
The Walk in Style for the Animals shopping soiree will be held Thursday, February 28th from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Neiman Marcus Bal Harbour. The event is free and open to the public.
