Eighth Grader Alina Morse to Appear at America's Premier Natural Products Tradeshow Mar. 6-8 (Both# 7802 ACC Level 300)

TEENpreneur and inventor Alina Morse, creator of the all-natural candy that cleans your teeth (Zolli® Candy), is leading the next generation of international women leaders in the candy category as she continues to redefine what it means to not only be an entrepreneur but also a consumer product category leader. This week the 13-year-old will present at the Natural Products Expo West, showcasing her teeth cleaning candy line that includes: Zollipops®, Zolli® Drops, and Zaffi® Taffy. Alina will unveil five new linesZolli Carmelz, Zolli Gumeez, Zolli Beanz, Zolli Cookeez, and Zolli Ball Pops (imagery below).

Zolli Candy is defining the healthy candy category, providing growth for retailers, and healthier options for consumers and with the addition of Target last month, is now sold at over 10,000 locations, including WalmartKroger/Ralphs & Whole Foods. Late last year, Morse's line was the #1 online seller on Amazon of both sugar and sugar-free lollipops, proving to experts and families alike that it takes a kid to turn sugar-free candy into a top seller.

At age seven, while researching ways to create healthy candy that she could have all the time, Morse discovered that childhood tooth decay was the greatest epidemic facing Kids, while recognizing the power of children's smiles. She then committed to do something about it. She now commits 10 percent of profits to support an increase in oral health education in schools and has committed to giving 2-MM products through the "Two Million Smiles" campaign to help fight America's most chronic childhood disease - tooth decay.

In 2019, InStyle Magazine named Morse one of "The Badass 50: Meet the Women Who Are Changing the World," which also included other trailblazers like Michelle Obama, Ariana Grande, and Betty White. Also in 2019, US Weekly listed her line to their list of Buzzing Brands Hollywood is talking about. In late 2018, Morse shared her vision of schools of the future during her 2018 TED Talk, "Why I eat candy to avoid Cavities," and was the youngest person ever on the cover of Entrepreneur Magazine (Sept.): "Young Millionaires - Meet the next Generation of Leaders". She has spoke at the Lincoln Center in front of the National Principals Leadership Institute, leading others to help her peers and create sustainable programs and businesses to do it while doing good in the world. She's talked business on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange and rubbed elbows with the Sharks on ABC's Shark Tank. She now returns to Southern California to continue to expand her retail presence by exhibiting at EXPO West, inside the Anaheim Convention Center, through Fri., Mar. 8.
